ZebraCare Depot Standard
The standard ZebraCare Depot service agreement includes:
- All parts and labor (excluding printheads and accessories)
- Required repair of nonfunctioning equipment
- Cleaning and adjustment
- Complete preventative maintenance at no cost
- Return shipping via ground at no cost
- 3 to 5 day lead time from date of receipt
- Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) are automatically applied keeping your printer up to date
ZebraCare Depot Advantage
The ZebraCare Depot Advantage includes all the features of the ZebraCare Depot Standard service agreement PLUS:
- Two-day or better turnaround on all corrective maintenance
- FREE firmware upgrades upon request
